FOOD AGAINST ACNE
1. Berries. All kinds as blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries are rich in antioxidants that protect the body by fighting free radicals. Consuming all these our skin becomes more elastic, smooth and shiny.
4. Mushrooms contain vitamin B and particularly riboflavin is effective for a healthy skin. Acts against acne and blemishes.
7. Brown rice is rich in vitamin B which helps the hormonal balance and prevents the manifestation of acne.
